Week 6: Facebook
The difference between post reach and post engagement is post reach is the number of people who are unique and saw your content and post engagement is when people perform actions on your page. Post engagement is the amount of post clicks, likes, shares, and comments lefts. Post reach can either be paid or non paid.
Knowing the difference is important because you can use the data to better analyze what you are lacking of. By knowing the difference you are able to create a plan on how you are going to better serve your customers. You are also constructing road ways in a sense to get more customers. You are seeing what your customers like and what they didn't like by either a picture or post you posted.
